At S.T. Dupont, we strive for excellence in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 30 days of receipt. All luxury goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all protective seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and include all authenticity cards, manuals, and the completed return form.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
